I offer a confidential, warm and non-judgemental space, somewhere you can be you. A place where you can be truly heard and supported and where, together, we can gently explore the issues that have brought you here.

About Me

I am a fully qualified counsellor and psychotherapist working with adults and young people (18+).

I am happy to work over the telephone, via Zoom or face-to-face in my quiet room in central Halifax.

I am a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and observe its ethical code of conduct. ​

I am a relational therapist. I believe that relationships are a fundamental part of life and that how we relate to ourselves, to others and the world around us is key to our mental wellbeing.

I am also an integrative therapist. We are all unique individuals with different needs so I will take the time to get to know you and collaborate with you to find a way of working together that is helpful to you.
